What made you choose Releye?
I found Releye through Systemvetardagen when I studied Data and Systems Science at Stockholm University. That is how I found out about Releye and where I did my internship during my last semester of studies. What made me want to stay at Releye after my internship was the wonderful atmosphere among my colleagues. Releye is a reasonably large company, but which works with large customers, where the leadership provides great development opportunities where all opinions are heard.
What does a normal working day look like for you?
One day here at Releye is not the same as any other and that is one of the reasons why I thrive so well in the role of Business Consultant. In the morning I like to sit with a coffee and graze through my 'to-do list'. At 09:30 I always have "Stand up" with my project team to agree on what to do during the day and sort out any questions. After that, it can be anything from preparing and holding workshops to map a sales process, work on developing solution proposals to develop test cases or study for Salesforce certification. Other days are about following up a project budget and creating User Stories.
What's the most fun you've done in the last few weeks?
The most fun has been working with my customer teams and solving the problems together! I am currently conducting a feasibility study for a new customer prior to the implementation of Salesforce. It has been very fun to get acquainted with this new business and find improvement proposals and come up with concrete solution proposals.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
When I'm not working, I like to go out to restaurants, hang out with family and friends. On the weekends I like to travel to new places or visit my country house! Otherwise, I like to cuddle and go on walks with my dog Bosse.
Do you have any tips for someone who is interested in applying for a job with us?
As a business consultant with us, it is important that you like to collaborate and solve problems together. In addition, you need to think that it is fun with challenges and to get acquainted with new situations.
