“I had heard a lot of positive things about Releye and it all turned out to be true. The girl’s night was great, we got to listen to an inspiring speech by Victoria Nilsson (CEO of Releye). How is it like to work at Releye?

All my expectations were exceeded when I first started working at Releye. We are like a family where everyone cares about one another, and we do fun stuff together. There is always something happening and you really get the chance to grow within your role and to try new stuff. We have innovation days every month and if we for example find a new technique or solution that we think could be useful, we try it out and learn about it. We have an awesome cohesion at Releye!

What made you choose Releye?

I first met Releye during a girl’s night that they arranged for women working in the industry. I had heard a lot of positive things about Releye and it all turned out to be true. The girl’s night was great, we got to listen to an inspiring speech by Victoria Nilsson (CEO of Releye). I also got to meet several employees and felt directly that this was a place where I wanted to work.

What do you like most with your job as a Developer?

Oh, that’s a lot of things! I like having the opportunity to work with what I am good at and what I think is fun. It’s great that I have the opportunity to develop solutions that makes my customers happy.

How do you spend your time off work?

I hang out with friends – preferably over dinner, game nights or go out partying. Otherwise, I like watching horror movies or reading horror books.

Do you have any tips for someone who is interested in applying for a job with us?

Be curious and open minded because all of us are. It is important that you think it is fun to work together with other people because we work in teams where every individual is important. The first step to become one of us is to reach out to Daniel to tell him more about yourself.
