What made you choose Releye?
I discovered Releye through Systemvetardagen while I was studying Computer and Systems Science at Stockholm University, and I did my internship here during my final semester. What made me want to stay at Releye after my internship was the wonderful atmosphere among my colleagues. Releye is a company of just the right size that works with major clients, where the leadership provides great opportunities for growth and where everyone’s opinions are heard.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
No two days are alike, and that’s one of the reasons I enjoy my role as a Business Consultant so much. In the morning, I like to sit down with a cup of coffee and work through my to-do list. At 9:30 a.m., I always have a “stand-up” meeting with my project team to go over what needs to be done that day and sort out any questions. After that, my day can involve anything from preparing and leading workshops to map out a sales process, working on developing solution proposals, creating test cases, or studying for Salesforce certification. Other days are spent tracking a project budget and creating user stories. No two days are ever the same!
What's the most fun thing you've done in the past few weeks?
The best part has been working with my client teams and solving problems together! I’m currently working on a feasibility study for a new client ahead of their Salesforce implementation. It’s been really fun to get to know this new business, identify areas for improvement, and develop concrete solutions.
What do you like to do when you're not working?
When I'm not working, I enjoy going out to restaurants and spending time with family and friends. On the weekends, I like to travel to new places or head out to my country house! Otherwise, I enjoy relaxing, going for walks, and playing with my dog, Bosse.
Do you have any advice for someone interested in applying for a job with us?
As a business consultant with us, it’s important that you enjoy collaborating and solving problems as a team. In addition, you should enjoy taking on challenges and adapting to new situations.
