What made you choose Releye?
It was a former colleague of mine who told me about the opening for a Senior Software Engineer at Releye that might be a good fit for me. He also mentioned how positive the work environment is at Releye, which is very important to me. And I felt that I was ready to take on a more significant role and handle greater professional responsibilities.
What does a typical workday look like for you?
I’m enjoying my work at Releye, where I do a wide variety of tasks, from developing new components and applications to troubleshooting technical issues and helping my colleagues whenever they need me. The work culture here is really great—you can always count on others for help and advice. We’re a strong team.
What's the most fun thing you've done in recent weeks?
For me, “fun” means solving tough problems alongside smart people who don’t take themselves too seriously but are passionate about doing the right thing.
For example, we had just developed a new dynamic approval workflow integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales application. We were also developing a new .NET Core REST API integration with Dynamics 365. The energy and atmosphere in the team when we solved problems was truly remarkable—something I will never forget. We were all in this together, and you could really feel it.
What do you like to do when you're not working?
In my free time, I like to watch and play soccer. I also just started learning to play the piano.
