Reach your customers and future prospects on Pinterest using personalized advertising on the platform. You can now use your CRM data from Marketing Cloud to create more effective ads directly on the platform.

Now you can create useful image blocks for email templates, making it easy for people who don’t work in marketing to quickly send out emails to customers with personalized and engaging content.
4. Merger of Mobil Studio and Content Builder
Create content for emails, SMS, and push notifications without leaving Journey Builder. Salesforce has now customized and enhanced Journey Builder to make it easy for you to create and manage SMS and push notifications.
5. New features in Social Studio that boost engagement and attract more followers
You can now engage with and attract more followers to your Instagram account by monitoring user-generated content, managing conversations, and gaining new insights using Instagram Stories analytics—all directly within Marketing Cloud.
