Highlights from our R&D Summit

The R&D Conference is an annual event focused on research and development. The 2022 conference at Releye was aligned with our core values and goals for 2022–2023 and took place as a two-day event at Westmanska Palatset.

Releye’s three core values, which share the common goal of helping people and businesses grow:

1. Together
2. Curious Experts
3. Reliable

However, what we really focused on was working together as curious experts to make our organization the best place to work, while also prioritizing personal development.

We had six workstreams, in which we divided each focus group into smaller focus areas. The following are the areas and the results of their research.

1. Industry Sector: Financial Services – Customer onboarding, customer retention, and regulatory processes within the financial services industry.
2. Industry Vertical: Manufacturing – How can Releye help our customers on their journey toward becoming a world-class manufacturer? We’ve compiled a list of terms and definitions—industry-specific vocabulary—as well as information on our customers and market segmentation.
3. Technical Workstreams – A number of exciting Salesforce features were demonstrated, such as Salesforce Messaging, DevOps Center (Beta), Mulesoft Composer, and the Customer Data Platform—the trending CDP in Salesforce that everyone is talking about right now. Genie and many other relevant technical solutions were also showcased.
4. Employee Branding & Life Cycle – The Employee Value Proposition (EVP) was the key focus in establishing the right offerings, associations, and perceptions that an employer wants to be associated with in order to attract the right talent.
5. Last but not least, the Project Consulting Method, which involves new approaches to structuring work, redesigning project timelines, and more, to ensure that all data can be found in one place within the Teams structure.

After all, it is within our power to make a conference productive, and exposure to its key features—such as expert speakers, educational brainstorming, and fascinating product demos—has made this conference exceptionally appealing for gaining valuable insights. And to conclude, now is the time for action: putting in a significant amount of effort following the event.
