A new era for Releye AB: joining the Broviken Group

After 23 years, Releye’s founder is selling the company to the Broviken Group. Releye AB will thus become part of the Intellic Group, which also includes the renowned consulting firms Attollo and Omeo Financial Consulting. The goal is to strengthen Releye’s position as a leading player in CRM consulting in the Nordic region.

The acquisition paves the way for close collaboration between Intellic Group’s companies Attollo and Omeo Financial Consulting. Attollo is a leading IT consulting firm specializing in analytics and data. Omeo is a recognized consulting firm that focuses on business development and provides strategic expertise in the financial sector. The partnership will offer a broader range of solutions to Releye’s customers.

Releye will continue to operate as before, under the Releye name. Strategic consulting and technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce will remain the core of the business. Following the acquisition of Releye, Intellic Group’s revenue amounts to approximately SEK 260 million.
