Intellic Group continues its growth journey with the acquisition of Rededge
Intellic Group is expanding its customer offering through the acquisition of Rededge Consulting AB, a company specializing in ERP consulting. Rededge will become part of Intellic Group, thereby strengthening the group’s offering in the ERP sector. The acquisition is an important strategic step toward Intellic Group’s goal of becoming a leading provider of services in analytics, CRM, ERP, and strategic consulting.
Rededge is based in Stockholm and has over 15 years of experience in the ERP sector. Today, the company’s approximately 26 specialists assist their clients with both strategic consulting and technical solutions in the ERP field. The company has strong partnerships with some of the market’s most well-known ERP platforms, including Oracle ERP and Oracle NetSuite ERP, as well as Smartsheet, a leading work management platform.
The company has a strong market position and serves as a consultant to approximately 20 clients. Most of these clients are in the infrastructure, retail, and industrial sectors. In addition to Rededge, the group already includes Attollo, Omeo, and Releye. Following the acquisition of Rededge, Intellic Group’s revenue amounts to approximately SEK 330 million.
For Releye, the acquisition represents an opportunity to establish a stronger presence at the intersection of CRM and ERP, where many of its customers’ most business-critical integration points are located. Through its partnership with Rededge, Releye is strengthening its ability to drive larger transformation projects and deliver solutions that span the entire value chain—from sales, marketing, and customer service to finance and reporting.
