We have some exciting news to share! Fältbiologerna has chosen us as their Salesforce partner. We met with Malin Jacobsson from Fältbiologerna, who shared her thoughts on the project.

What do you do for Fältbiologerna? What are your main responsibilities?
– I work as a project manager to implement a new CRM system and all the related components. By that, I mean the website and the various associated applications, how they should function, and how we’ll integrate them. I’m also reviewing our membership strategy to see how we can better serve our members and make it easier for more people to find us.
Could you briefly tell us what Fältbiologerna does?
– We usually say that we’re a youth organization that’s out in nature and involved in the environmental debate; that means we need to understand nature, but also experience it as children and young people to see what’s actually happening in nature because of the climate. We raise questions such as: How can we change the ongoing climate change? And how can we prevent it? We do this by organizing various types of club activities, such as inventories and outdoor activities, to standing in the streets and demonstrating.
How do you feel about working with us at Releye?
– I think our collaboration with you has been fantastic. Right from the start, I’ve had a great deal of confidence in you at Releye because you’re a provider of multiple CRM platforms and have extensive expertise. This allows those of us who aren’t as familiar with CRM platforms to understand what we should choose and why. We’ve also had very productive discussions leading up to the project launch.
Could you briefly tell me about the project we're working on together? What kind of help do you need?
– You’ll help us keep better track of our members—so that our members can receive everything from our magazine to our welcome letter. Simply put, with your help, we’ll be able to take better care of our members. And the system we’re building together will therefore be the most central part of this project—because it will serve as a gathering place for all our members.
What systems will we be implementing for you? Has that been decided?
– We’ve decided on Salesforce as our CRM platform, but we’re still exploring various integration options. We haven’t decided on the specifics yet.
What are your expectations for the project? How do you think it will help you?
– We believe it will help us in our work processes, and we also believe this system will transform our processes so that we become more efficient. I think it will be like a marriage, where exchange and change go hand in hand to create a better life for our members.
Were you considering several partners? If so, why did you choose Releye?
– Yes, we looked at several potential partners, and there are many reasons why we chose Releye as our partner. But I can say that the presentation you gave us on Salesforce gave us a great deal of confidence in you, and we also felt that Salesforce was the right path for us. Since you also provide several different CRM solutions, we got the impression that you have very broad expertise. You don’t just sell a system—you do what’s best for us as a customer.
